RETURNS POLICY

We want everyone to love their purchase, but we understand that might
not always be the case.

Our returns policy and steps to return below are here to help!

FULL PRICE

My Darlings will refund or provide a credit
note/gift card for full priced items purchased through a credit/debit card or
on Paypal. Orders processed with Afterpay are eligible for a store credit
only.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of original shipping will be
deducted from approved refund/Credit transactions.

SALE AND DISCOUNT CODE/PROMO

Styles marked as 'SALE' or those that are
purchased with a discount code (excluding 15% off new subscriber discount) are
eligible for a gift card/store credit only.

ACCESSORIES

We do not accept returns on accessories
 (including earrings, necklaces, bags and clutches).

EXCHANGE

We do not offer exchanges, but do offer a store credit or refund so you can
repurchase the new size/colour.

CREDIT NOTES/ GIFT CARDS

Credit notes / Gift Cards are valid for 12
months from the date of issue.Gift
Cards/Store Credits cannot be cancelled for a cash refund. 

PROCESSING TIMES

We process returns within 3-I4 days of receiving the item(s). You will receive
an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected

RETURNS USING AFTERPAY

When using Afterpay, you have the option to
return one or all of your items for a Credit note. You will need to continue to
pay the instalments to After Pay to the full amount and a credit note will be
issued

If you believe your product is damaged or faulty please send a photo and
description of the fault along with the order number to: contat@mydarlingsstore.com

Eligible item/s must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery for
Australian deliveries and 21 days for international deliveries. Please note
delivery date is the date parcel is delivered or you are notified to collect
from Po Box/Parcel locker.

Our team will inspect the return upon arrival. Item/s must be received
in their original condition - this includes unworn, unwashed and with original
tags attached. Any items which have been worn, are soiled in any way, have any
odours including perfume, washing powder, make-up or marks will not be
accepted.

My Darlings does not cover the cost of return or original shipping.
Customer is liable for items that are lost or damaged by your chosen courier
when you return your items to us. We recommended you retain your tracking
number when items are returned to us to keep updated on delivery status.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AND FAULTY RETURNS

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, My Darlings is not
required to provide a refund or exchange if you make a wrong selection, need a
different size, don't like the fit or change your mind.    

If there is a major fault with the style you've purchased, we will offer to
repair or replace it where available. If we cannot repair or replace the
style, we will offer an online credit note or refund.  All claims for
faulty styles are assessed on an individual basis, and the outcome of a refund
is at My Darlings discretion.
