Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is conducted by My Darlings, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Employees of My Darlings and their immediate families are not eligible.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on November 4th, 20206 at 7am AEST and closes on Saturday November 8th at 9pm AEST.

Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

  • Visit the My Darlings giveaway page.
  • Enter your valid email address into the competition entry form.
  • Submit your entry during the promotional period.
  • Limit of one entry per person.

Entry is free. Subscribing to marketing emails is optional and does not affect eligibility.

5. Prize Details

  • One winner will receive a $500 AUD My Darlings online gift card.
  • The voucher is redeemable at the My Darlings online store.
  • The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
  • The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.
  • The prize is not transferable without the promoter's consent.

6. Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  • The draw will take place on Monday at 10am AEST in Brisbane, Queensland.
  • Each valid entry has an equal chance of winning.
  • The draw will be conducted using a random selection method.

7. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address supplied when entering within two business days of the draw.
  • The winner must respond within 14 days of notification.
  • If the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw may take place on Thursday November 12 at 10am AEST, subject to applicable laws.
  • The winner's first name and surname initial may be published on the My Darlings website, subject to applicable laws and privacy requirements.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used to administer the competition, verify entries and contact the winner.

Entrants who separately consent to receive marketing communications may also receive emails about My Darlings products, new arrivals and promotions.

Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the My Darlings Privacy Policy.

9. General Conditions

  • My Darlings reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries.
  • Any changes to the competition will be made in accordance with applicable laws.
  • My Darlings will not be responsible for entries that are not received due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
