You can return within 28 days of placing your order for a refund or an online store credit note. 

SALE 

You can return within 28 days of placing your order for a online store credit only.

FINAL SALE

Items marked ‘Final Sale’ are ineligible for a return (including exchange or credit note), unless deemed faulty by My Darlings. Any Final Sale items returned without authorisation will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

To be eligible to return, your item must be:

• Returned within 28 days of your order date
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all swing tags attached
• Free from any visible marks or scents (makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant)
• Not marked as Final Sale
• Not earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Any returns that fail to comply with the above will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer, except in the case of a faulty item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

EXCHANGES

Please be aware that we are unable to simply exchange items for a different size or style when your original is returned. Any new items will need to be processed as a new order so accurate records are available for inventory and shipping purposes in the unlikely event your order needs to be tracked due to delayed delivery. When we receive your returned original item back we will refund you or provide a store credit note depending on if your item was purchased at full price or sale. 

FAULTY ITEMS

Please email contact@mydarlingsstore.com if you believe your garment has a fault and we will process your enquiry with the highest priority. 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

1. Print out and complete the RETURNS FORM

2. Include the return form and item(s) back into the mailing satchel (our mailing satchels can be recycled, you will find details about this written on the satchel)

3. Drop into your local Australia Post or countries mailing service to return to us at the address noted below. Please note the return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer.

4. Please keep your shipping tracking number for your return as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME

We process all returns within 3 working days of receiving the items(s). You will get an email to confirm we have received and further detail on either your credit note or refund.

Domestic returns by standard post can take up to 7 days to arrive, while express post can take up to 3 days. International post can take up to 14 days to arrive.

You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
