We want everyone to love their purchase, however we do understand that online shopping doesn't always go to plan. Our Returns Guide below is designed to make the process simple. By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding our returns policy.

ITEM DOESN'T FIT OR YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND

You are welcome to return it for a store credit. (Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds) Your store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Your item(s) must be returned to My Darlings HQ within 30 days of first receiving the parcel
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all tags & original packaging intact
• We do not accept returns on final sale items 
• We do not accept returns on earrings
• Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using tracking on all return parcels as we are not responsible for lost items that have not been shown as returned and collected.

CREDIT NOTES

Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Our team will inspect the returned items upon arrival and refuse the return if it does not meet the return conditions. If refused the item will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES

Please be aware that we are unable to simply exchange items for a different size or style. Any new items will need to be processed as a new order so new postage tracking information can be created, and so that we have correct and accurate records of what has been purchased.

FAULTY ITEMS

Email contact@mydarlingsstore.com  if you believe your garment has a fault and we will handle this with the highest priority.

PROCESSING TIME

We process all returns within 7 days of receiving the items(s).Domestic returns by regular post can take up to 7 days to arrive, while express post can take up to 3 days. International post can take up to 14 days to arrive.You will receive an email approving your return once it has been received and inspected.
