We know you want your new goodies ASAP! Our My Darlings team will lovingly pack your order and have it on its way within 24–48 hours. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery all the way to your door.

We’ll always do our best to get your order to you within the estimated delivery timeframe, however, delivery times can vary depending on your location, peak periods and the occasional delay that’s outside our control.

No one home?
If your address is unattended at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your parcel in a safe place or provide instructions for collection. We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is likely to be available between 9am and 5pm.

Once your parcel has left My Darlings HQ, it’s in the hands of the delivery carrier. While we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong, My Darlings cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage that occurs while your parcel is in transit.

FULL PRICE

You can return full-price items within 30 days of placing your order for a refund, exchange or online store credit.

Orders placed using our 10% sign-up discount code are also eligible under our Full Price Returns Policy.

SALE

You can return sale items within 30 days of placing your order for an online store credit or exchange.

FINAL SALE

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty by My Darlings.

EXCHANGE

You are welcome to exchange Full Price and Sale items (not Final Sale). Please visit our Returns Portal to lodge your exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of your order date.
• Unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all swing tags attached.
• Free from any visible marks, fragrances, makeup, fake tan or deodorant.
• Not marked as Final Sale.
• Not earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Any returns that do not meet the above conditions will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For a little extra peace of mind, customers can choose to add our optional $4 Return Shipping Protection at checkout.

By adding this protection to your order, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label when you lodge an eligible return through our Returns Portal, with My Darlings covering the cost of return shipping.
